Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving & processing of spare parts order from Linde / STILL / Baoli dealer network.
  • Work closely with Dealer & Direct customers, factories and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment and delivery of spare Part order
  • Perform order processing duties - verifying all invoice related to part processing & ensure recording the movement of all spare part to achieve a smooth & error free to system
  • Understand our customer need and delivery quick solutions and services response to customers enquiry order status & shipment enquiries
  • To upkeep proper documentation filing for audit purpose. Distribution of yearly part price list & any interim price adjustment from factories to Dealer for part

Period:

  • 6 Months Contract

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri, 8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour lunch break)

  • Up to $2,800

Requirements:

  • Min 'O' level
  • Min 3 years of relevant experience
  • Working knowledge in spare parts administration are preferable Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, systematic & organized individual Team player & strive for full commitment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
